Fellowships for remote research for Ukrainian scientists

You can get a scholarship if you:

• Are a researcher despite your career stage and field of study 
• You were working at a university or other research institution in Ukraine at the outbreak of the war
• You are prevented from continuing the scientific work due to the war

• Up to 5 pages CV with detailed information about the professional situation at the outbreak of the war 
• List of publications, up to 5 pages
• Up to 10 pages description of research area and the project you will be working on 
• Short description of current professional or risk situation

Application should be completed in English or German. Find more about participation requirements here.

Create one PDF file with all the documents and send it to sekretariat@hanse-ias.de.  

Applications are being processed on a rolling basis until all scholarships are awarded.

• The results will be communicated no later than 4 weeks after receipt of the application.
