Digital Labs: ethnic music managers
Tracks do not climb the charts on their own — it takes the skill and strategy of music managers to get them into radio rotations and onto streaming playlists.
If you are working to bring Ukraine’s diverse musical voices to international audiences, this intensive digital lab is for you. Over eleven days, we will dive into effective collaboration with labels and agents, fundraising and grant writing, touring, and copyright protection. A dedicated module on communications will guide you through building an artist brand, managing social media, shaping a cohesive PR strategy, and creating merch that fans want to buy. It is everything you need to thrive in the music industry, both in Ukraine and across the EU.
By the end of the lab, you will leave with a network of like-minded professionals, a practical toolkit, and a clear roadmap for your next steps.
When: 1-11 July, 9.00-17.30
Where: online with a one-day offline pitching in Kyiv
