Youth4Regions: programme for students and young journalists

This is an opportunity for journalism students and young journalists. You will visit Brussels to learn more about the EU policy concerning different regions, meet established journalists, and participate in press trips to Member States. The organisers will provide accreditation to the events and cover travel expenses.
The programme is provided by the European Commission. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.

The European Commission welcomes participants:
- Interested in EU regional policy
- Aged from 18 to 30 years old
- Who have Ukrainian citizenship
- Who study journalism or have up to two years of experience in the sphere
- Who have not participated in previous editions of the Youth4Regions programme

- Short article of 2,500 – 6,250 characters, a photo report of up to three pictures, or a video report of 2-3 minutes depicting a project co-financed by the EU. More about the projects you can choose at the link.
By 7 July, submit an application form with all the necessary documents.
The organisers will announce 37 winners on 15 August.
- You can submit only one application.
- Contributions are accepted in all 24 of the EU's official languages. A written summary in English is required for photo or video submissions.
- This opportunity is also open for candidates from EU countries, UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye, Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia and Kosovo. Please share the English version with friends from those countries.
