This is a training programme on European integration and leadership for young people.
Active discussions, lectures by Ukrainian and foreign experts and a study visit to Vienna await you from September to June next year. You will also meet like-minded people with whom you can implement projects that will enrich your portfolio. Participation is free.
The programme is implemented by Internews Ukraine with the support of the ERSTE Foundation.
What do I get?
- 45 online lectures from diplomats and leading experts from the EU, Great Britain, the USA and Ukraine, who will talk about leadership, public administration, digitalisation, sustainable development and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine
- Study visit to Vienna with accommodation, travel and food expenses covered

Can I apply?
The organisers are waiting for applications from young leaders who:
- Are aged 21-25 years
- Have a bachelor's or a higher educational degree
- Know English well (B2 or higher)
- Seek to develop in the field of European integration and reconstruction of Ukraine
How do I apply?
1. By 13 July, fill out the online form.
2. If your application is successful, organisers will invite you for an online interview in English.
3. Organisers will announce 30 winners by 18 August.
