Digital Labs: project management for NGOs of national minorities of Ukraine

Universal project management course tailored for the needs of NGOs of national minorities and native peoples of Ukraine.
You will learn how to source an idea, turn it into a project, draft the budget, fundraise the money and let the world know – all in a month of intensive studies. In addition, we will explore how analysing the results can enhance your future projects and learn to set up the workflow to make reporting to donors as easy as possible. At every step, experts from Ukraine and the EU support and inspire you.
The course is universal: with the new skills you will be able to apply to any grant or donor you like.
When: November 2025, two working days a week
Where: online with two offline meetings
Languages: Ukrainian and English with translation into Ukrainian
- Knowledge and a set of skills to turn an idea into a fine project and to fundraise for it
- 10+ practical sessions on different stages of project work with experts from Ukraine and the EU
- 10+ hours of personal mentoring sessions with individual feedback and replies to any questions of your interest
The Lab will benefit project managers, coordinators, and trainers who:
- Work in NGOs of national minorities or native peoples of Ukraine
- Have from two to ten years of professional experience in the sphere of national minorities
- Plan to implement projects in the spheres of education, youth work, social entrepreneurship, media, or culture and creative industries
- Want to upgrade manager skills and figure out grant writing
- Are ready to share knowledge with others
- Motivation to dive into grant writing
- Scanned copy of the first page of Ukrainian passport
