This is an opportunity for active military personnel and veterans of the Russo-Ukrainian war to return to work in culture, education, or the arts.

The programme will help you transition gently into civilian life. For six months, you will receive support through a monthly stipend, psychological and legal assistance, and a community of like-minded individuals.

To learn about the intricacies of the competition, register for a webinar with the organisers to ask them questions directly. The meeting date is Wednesday, 15 October, 16:00 Kyiv time.

The programme is managed by Insha Osvita with the support of the Robert Bosch Stiftung.

  • EUR 600 per month to take a course, rent an office or purchase materials
  • Psychological and legal support

Can I apply?

This is an opportunity for:

  • Veterans of the Russo-Ukrainian war who worked in culture or education before their service
  • Servicewomen and servicemen who continue to work, or want to return to culture, education or the arts
What do I need to apply?

An online application completed in Ukrainian, which includes:

  • A story about yourself, your professional experience and projects
  • CV or portfolio
  • A description of the project you plan to work on

The organisers will select 20 winners who will receive fellowships.
