Resilience Fund: support of cultural organisations
This is an opportunity to continue developing culture and civil society in Ukraine despite the war.
Receive up to EUR 10,000 for an artwork, event, digitisation of cultural heritage or administrative costs and staff training. You will have three months to implement your idea — until the end of July 2026. Look for inspiration among the winners of the past wave.
The programme is offered by the Goethe-Institut Ukraine as part of the Resilience Fund project. This is one of the thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.
Up to EUR 10,000 for:
- Cultural exchange through new artistic works, events or festivals
- Digitalisation of collections or cultural heritage objects
- Structural costs: training, digital development, salaries, equipment, and other related expenses
The organisers are waiting for applications from Ukrainian cultural organisations working in theatre, dance, film, music, literature, visual arts, performance, architecture, media, libraries, and museums.
- Application form filled out in English: tell us about the organisation, the project you will work on, the team, the timeframe and the expected result
- Project budget
- Organisation registration documents
- Annual financial reports for the last two years or other documents confirming financial capacity. If such documents are not available, a self-declaration of their absence in any form.
By 23 March, complete the application on the online platform.
The results will be announced by 30 April.
- You can submit only one application.
- EUR 10,000 is not enough for your project? Explain clearly why you need more money and get the opportunity to increase the budget to EUR 12,000.
- Apply even if you have received funding in previous waves of the "Resilience Fund".
- Are you currently implementing or reporting on a House of Europe or Goethe-Institut grant? Unfortunately, you will not be able to apply for this competition.
- The organisers will prioritise Ukrainian-German initiatives and projects on ecology, inclusion, decolonisation, or social cohesion.
- The organisers do not accept applications from individuals, sole proprietors, or scientific, charitable, religious or political organisations. Initiatives outside Ukraine are also not supported.
- You will need to spend the funds by 31 July 2026.
