Digital Labs: theatre for children
A week and a half of intensive training for directors, artistic directors, and managers of theatres for children on how to find a balance between creativity and running a competitive institution.
We will address the pressing issues: how to compete with TikTok for attention, talk about war without retraumatisation, and see accessibility as an artistic strategy rather than a formality. A foundation of practical tools will support these discussions. We will focus on copyright, project management, alternative funding sources, PR, and communications. By the end of the programme, you will have a project ready for your theatre and a network of like-minded peers from Ukraine and the EU.
