For architects and everyone involved: LINA Architecture Programme
The LINA platform seeks spatial innovators with ideas to counter the environmental crisis. You can attend the LINA Forum in Barcelona, present your project at the LINA Festival in Ljubljana, and participate in architectural festivals, courses, workshops, and residencies throughout Europe.
The programme is supported by Creative Europe and Pro Helvetia. This is one of thousands of EU opportunities for Ukraine.
- A chance to attend the LINA Forum in Barcelona, which will take place on 22-23 October. The organisers will take care of accommodation and allocate EUR 350 for tickets
- Regular workshops, festivals, summer schools, residencies, grants and presentations from LINA partners. In total, around 30 events, from the Kosovo Architecture Festival to the Oslo Triennale on nature, architecture and the future of cities
- A chance to present your project at the LINA Festival in Ljubljana in April 2027
- Promotion and the opportunity to find partners for the project
LINA is looking for architects, urban planners, landscape designers, artists, curators, and researchers who have yet to gain international recognition but have bold project ideas.
From individual specialists to collectives. From residents of Ukraine to professionals from other European countries.

From an idea to an implemented initiative, from a practical solution to a theory, from a concept to a publication — any thoughtful, innovative and radical projects are suitable.

The organisers will select up to 22 lucky winners to join the LINA community. The results will be announced on 15 September.
- The contest is open to everyone who legally resides in Switzerland or one of the 41 'Creative Europe' countries: Ukraine, EU, Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, North Macedonia, Republic of Cyprus, Republic of Serbia, or Tunisia.
- You can submit only one application.
- Due to the sheer volume of applications, the organisers cannot respond to everyone individually.
