Next Visionaries: programme on European integration, leadership, and innovations for young people
This is a training programme on European integration, leadership, and innovations for young people who want to develop Ukraine by implementing European practices.
Active discussions, lectures by Ukrainian and foreign experts and a study visit to Vienna await you from October to May next year. You will also meet like-minded people with whom you can implement projects that will enrich your portfolio. Participation is free.
The programme is implemented by Internews Ukraine with the support of the ERSTE Foundation.
- 45 online lectures from diplomats and leading experts from the EU, Great Britain, the USA and Ukraine, who will talk about leadership, public administration, digitalisation, sustainable development and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine
- Study visit to Vienna with accommodation, travel and food expenses covered
- Participation in Innovation Days in Kyiv in April 2027
- Course completion certificate

The organisers are waiting for applications from young leaders who:
- Are aged 21-25 years
- Have a bachelor's or a higher educational degree
- Know English well (B2 or higher)
- Seek to develop in the field of European integration and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine

If your application is successful, organisers will invite you for a short online interview in English.
- Organisers will take into account education, professional experience, public activity, level of English and motivation. You will find out 30 winners by 25 August.
- Training will take place twice a week — on Wednesday and Saturday.
